This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through nailin.it (the "Site") and takes effect from January 23, 2025. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Shipping Coverage
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 12 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Time & Charges
We offer the following shipping options within India:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): free delivery
- Express Shipping (2-4 business days): ₹199
- Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery (available in select locations): ₹399
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your shipment.
Delivery Issues
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your neighbors or building security. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@nailin.it within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.
- If the package is lost or significantly delayed, reach out to us, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Address changes or order modifications can only be made before the order is shipped. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot alter the shipping details.
- Please ensure you provide the correct shipping details at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@nailin.it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the received item and packaging.
- Mandatory: A video of the unboxing process starting from the moment the package is received. Without this video, return or refund requests will not be accepted.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Return-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment. If you choose to cancel the order in such cases, a shipping fee deduction may apply.
