Refund policy
At Nailinit, we strive to provide the Customers with the best experience possible. We understand the importance of Customer satisfaction and want to ensure that the customers love every purchase they make. This Return Policy, effective as of 23-01-2025, outlines the conditions under which returns or refunds are accepted. Please read it carefully.
1. General Conditions for Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product meets one of the following conditions:
- The product (press-on nails or accessories) was damaged in transit during delivery.
- A Wrong or incorrect product was delivered.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact.
- You must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase, photographic and video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances:
- Used or worn press-on nail kits.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after accepting delivery.
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping or user details provided by the user.
- Normal wear and tear due to inconsistent or rough use of the Product.
4. Return Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@nailin.it within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or refund request. Please include the mandatory information provided below in the given format:-
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photographic and Video evidence of the item.

A video of the unboxing process, starting right from the moment the package is delivered to you. The video must be recorded immediately as you begin to unbox the shipping box. The Unboxing video must adhere to the guidelines established by the ‘Unboxing Standard of Care video’ (insert link for a demo on how the video is to be taken.)
(Note: Return requests will not be accepted without this unboxing video) - Await Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Return Shipping: Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions via email. You must ship the product to the address provided in our response. Return shipping costs will be covered by us only for cases involving damaged or incorrect products.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
- Damaged/Incorrect Product: A full refund, including shipping charges, will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
6. Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
7. Cancellation Policy
At Nailinit, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation terms below:
7.1 Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via [customer support email/phone].
- If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued (for prepaid orders).
7.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- If your order is prepaid, cancellation is not possible, and no refunds will be issued.
- If your order is Cash on Delivery (COD), you may refuse the package at the time of delivery. However, we encourage responsible shopping and request customers to avoid unnecessary refusals.
7.3 Additional Information
- If you need to modify your order (change items, address, etc.), please contact us before dispatch. Once shipped, modifications cannot be made.
- Repeated order refusals on COD purchases may result in Nailinit restricting future COD orders for the respective customer.
